Agenda of the Board of Directors on June 30, 2015

JSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: MOEX, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) announces the agenda of the Board of Directors meeting to be held in absentia on June 30, 2015.

The agenda includes the following items:

1. On election of Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company.

2. Participation and termination of RusHydro's participation in other organizations.

3. On approval of the Company's transactions.

4. Stating positions of RusHydro (RusHydro's representatives) on the agenda of the governing bodies of the Company's subsidiaries and affiliates.

The information on decisions of the Board will be made available in compliance with regulatory requirements.
