ContourGlobal plc ("ContourGlobal") announces today that it is currently exploring options relating to a potential financing to refinance the existing project finance debt of its portfolio of three thermal production plants in Africa.

No final decisions have been made on whether to proceed with a financing or with regards to the timing or size of any such financing.
