AFFINITY ANNOUNCES RECEIPT OF £150M SHAREHOLDER EQUITY INJECTION

Following Affinity's announcement on 17th February 2025 that its shareholders had agreed to inject £150 million equity before 31st March 2026, Affinity is pleased to announce that the equity injection has been received from its shareholders and shares have been allotted to them pro-rata to their current shareholdings. 

Affinity's comprehensive investment programme of £2.3 billion during 2025-2030 has been designed to ensure long-term sustainability, resilience, and affordability of our water services for the diverse communities we serve. Our shareholders' equity injection will support this ambitious investment programme, enabling resilient delivery of high-quality, sustainable, and affordable water services for our customers while ensuring a balanced and sustainable capital structure which maintains strong investment grade credit ratings to underpin financial resilience and investment in essential infrastructure improvements for the benefit of our customers.
