Aferian plc (LSE AIM: AFRN), the B2B video streaming solutions company, today announces that on 25th July 2023 Steve Oetegenn, Executive Director of the Company, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a purchase price of 14 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase"). Following the Purchase, Steve Oetegenn is beneficially interested in 100,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.1% of the Company's issued share capital.
