Advancement of Loan
The Company has completed its first transaction with an £18m loan to subsidiaries of the Mansion Student Accommodation Fund. The 6 year facility is secured by a first charge on two purpose built student accommodation blocks in Birmingham and Glasgow. The loan is fully compliant with the parameters set out in the Prospectus.
