("Corvus" or "the Company") Board Changes The Board of Corvus (AIM:CVS.L), the international investment company, ispleased to announce the appointment of Adrian Collins as Non-Executive Chairmanwith current Chairman Graham Porter becoming Deputy Non-Executive Chairman, ineach case with immediate effect. Adrian Collins (53) was, until recently, a Director of Strand Partners Limited,a leading London-based corporate finance advisory firm and has worked in thefund management sector for over thirty years, a large part of which was spent atGartmore Investment Management, where latterly he was Managing Director. Adrianwas one of the founders of Trustnet.com, a leading provider of Fund performanceinformation on the Internet. He is currently on the board of a number of publicand private companies in the United Kingdom and overseas. These include New CityHigh Yield Trust plc, Hiscox Investment Management Limited and City NaturalResources High Yield Trust plc. Adrian's experience in reviewing businessstructures will be of great benefit to the board of Corvus as it continues todevelop its strategy. Further board changes include those of Simon Fry and Richard Griffiths. SimonFry resigns as Non-Executive Director and the Board would like to thank Simonfor his contribution to the Company since becoming a director in 2004 and wishhim well with the continued success at Crosby Capital Inc, the internationalinvestment adviser where he is Chief Executive.
