ADMISSION TO TRADING
Further to its announcement on 23 March 2010,SuperGroup PLC, one of the fastest growing UK retailersin youth fashion with a rapidly expanding overseas andinternet business, announces that its ordinary share capitalof 79,000,020 shares will today be admitted to the Official List of the UK ListingAuthority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securitiesunder the ticker "SGP" with an ISIN of GB00B60BD277.
In relation to the Retail Offer, which was oversubscribed, the Company has exercised its discretion (as disclosed in the Prospectus)in determining allocations of Retail Offer Shares. Accordingly Registered Employeeshave been allocated 100% of their application, Friends and Family 75% of their applicationand all other applicants 48.749% of their application, subject in all cases to applicationsfor the minimum amount of £250 being satisfied in full.
Shares will be credited to CREST accounts anddespatch of definitive share certificates (where applicable) is expected on or around31 March 2010.
On Admission, there is 31.60 percent of sharesin public hands and the beneficial interests of Directors, Senior Managers (and personsconnected with them) in the issued share capital of the Company will be as follows:
