The following transferrable securities issued by Nationwide Building Society (the Society) have today (19 February 2026) been admitted to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange plc:

· NOK 100,000,000 4.980 per cent. Senior Preferred Notes due February 2036 (ISIN: XS3298930655) (the Notes).

The Notes are issued under the Society's U.S.$35,000,000,000 European Note Programme (the Programme) pursuant to the Base Prospectus dated 1 August 2025 (the Base Prospectus) as supplemented by supplemental prospectuses dated 20 November 2025 and 16 December 2025 (together, the Supplements), read together with the Final Terms dated 17 February 2026 relating to the Notes (the Final Terms). Full information on the Society and the offer of the Notes is only available on the basis of the Base Prospectus as supplemented by the Supplements, read together with the Final Terms.
