Admission to Trading on the London Stock Exchange

Atlas Mara Co-Nvest Limited today announces the admission of its 31,279,500 ordinary shares and 32,529,500 warrants to the standard listing segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities under tickers "ATMA" in respect of the ordinary shares and "ATMW" in respect of the warrants.
