Further to its announcement on 12 March 2014, Poundland Group plc ("Poundland" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that its entire ordinary share capital of 250,000,000 ordinary shares has today been admitted to the premium listing segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities under the ticker "PLND".
