Admission to Trading on the London Stock Exchange

Further to its announcement on 21 August 2014, Atlas Mara Co-Nvest Limited ("Atlas Mara") announces that its 71,850,013 ordinary shares and 32,529,500 warrants will be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities under the existing Atlas Mara name and ticker, "ATMA" in respect of the ordinary shares and "ATMW" in respect of the warrants. It is expected that admission will become effective and dealings in the ordinary shares and warrants will commence at 8.00 a.m. BST on 27 August 2014.
