Admission to Trading on AIM

 

Lakehouse, the asset and energy support services group, is pleased to announce its admission to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange at 8.00am London time today ("Admission"). The ordinary shares will trade under the ticker "LAKE".

The total number of ordinary shares with voting rights in the Company with effect from Admission is 157,527,103. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

Please note that section 7 of the Appendix to Schedule 1, "Litigation and arbitration" has been amended and is available on our website at www.lakehouse.co.uk.

Trading for the full year remains in line with management expectations.
