· Series 96 £1,500,000,000 Floating Rate Covered Bonds due 12 March 2031 (ISIN XS3328622942) (the Series 96 Covered Bonds).

The Series 96 Covered Bonds are issued under the Issuer's €35 billion Global Covered Bond Programme (the Programme) pursuant to a Prospectus dated 17 March 2026 (the Prospectus), read together with the Final Terms dated 25 March 2026 relating to the Series 96 Covered Bonds (the Final Terms).
