Admission to Trading of Placing Shares

Concha, the AIM quoted investment company focused on investing in media, communications and technology companies, advises that further to the announcement on 8 August 2013, admission to trading on AIM of the 282,499,999 new Ordinary Shares of 0.1p each in the Company, issued in connection with the Company's recent placing (the "Placing Shares"), is expected to become effective on 15 August 2013.
