FONDUL PROPRIETATEA ANNOUNCES THE ADMISSION TO TRADING OF GDRs REPRESENTING ITS SHARES ON THE SPECIALIST FUND MARKET OF THE LONDON STOCK EXCHANGE

Further to its announcement on 23 April 2015, Fondul Proprietatea is today pleased to announce admission to trading on the Specialist Fund Market of the London Stock Exchange plc (the "London Stock Exchange") of Global Depositary Receipts (the "GDRs") representing interests in its shares. The GDRs are admitted to trading under the symbol "FP." for trading in US dollars.
