Admission to trading of First Tranche Shares

Further to the Company's announcements on 7 May 2019 and 16 May 2019, the Company confirms that it and Future Lifestyle Fashions Limited (FLFL) have extended the date by which the First Tranche Shares are required to be admitted to trading on AIM to 30 May 2019.

The local Indian bank through which FLFL are transferring the funds to Koovs requested additional information to comply with Indian regulatory requirements which has now been provided and has been the reason for the delay in admission. 

Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms in this announcement are as defined in the Company's 7 May 2019 announcement.
