Admission to Trading on the London Stock Exchange

Further to previous announcements, the Directors of Chagala Group Limited (the "Company" or "Chagala") are pleased to announce that the issued share capital of the Company consisting of 21,250,000 ordinary shares has today been admitted, with a standard listing, to the Official List of the United Kingdom Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange plc's main market for listed securities (the "Main Market") (together "Admission") under the TIDM code "CGLO".

The Company is not raising any funds or issuing any new ordinary shares in connection with Admission. The admission to trading of the Company's global depositary receipts (GDRs) on the Main Market was voluntarily cancelled on 30 October 2015.
