Admission to Listing and Trading of New Ordinary Shares

following Exercise of Warrants

Further to the Company's announcement on 29 October 2018 of the allotment and issue of 6,500,000 new shares of no par value each in the Company ("New Ordinary Shares") to Optiva Securities (on exercise of the warrants granted to it by the Company pursuant to a warrant agreement dated 14 October 2015), the Company announces that admission of the New Ordinary Shares to listing on the Official List (standard listing segment) of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities is expected to take place at 8.00 am tomorrow morning.
