Admission to S&P ASX All Ordinaries Index

The directors of Nyota are pleased to announce that the Company has been added to the S&P ASX All Ordinaries index.

The S&P ASX All Ordinaries index is Australia's premier market indicator. It represents 500 of the largest companies listed in the Australian equalities market. Index constituents are drawn from eligible companies listed on the Australian Securities Exchange.

The admission of the Company to this index reflects the Company's increasing stature with its continued exploration successes in Ethiopia.
