The Company announces that 132,300,000 C Shares and 11,969,698 Ordinary Shares issued in connection with the Company's Placing and Offer for Subscription and arrangements for Switching have been admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange.

In conformity with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, we would like to notify the market of the following:

As at 17 October 2012, the Company's issued share capital consists of 132,594,882 Ordinary Shares of £0.01 each and 132,300,000 C shares of £0.01 each. The total issued share capital with voting rights is 264,894,882.

The above figure (264,894,882) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
