ADMISSION
New FCPT Limited (the "Company") announces that, in connection with the recommendedshare for share exchange offer, the Company has allotted and issued, conditionalonly on admission to listing on the UKLA's Official List and to trading on the LondonStock Exchange, a further 5,550,997 Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company. Itis expected that the new shares will be admitted to listing and to trading at 8.00am on 17 July 2009. Following this issue, the Company will have 644,766,270 OrdinaryShares in issue.
