("Urals Energy" or the "Company") Admission of Vested Restricted Shares
Urals Energy announces that application has been made to AIM for the admission of 72,500 new ordinary shares (the "Shares"). The Shares are being issued in respect of the early vesting of restricted stock granted in previous years as part of the severance package payable to one senior manager of the Company who retired in 2009. No additional restricted shares have been issued nor were any cash bonuses paid based on 2008 results.
Admission is expected to be effective from 10 July 2009.
Following the admission of the new ordinary shares, Urals will have a total of 179,648,549 ordinary shares in issue.
