Admission of Subscription Shares

Further to its announcement on 5 November 2020, Audioboom (AIM: BOOM), the leading global podcast company, announces that admission of the 1,400,000 Subscription Shares to trading on AIM became effective at 8.00 a.m. this morning.

The Company's issued ordinary share capital now consists of 15,674,494 ordinary shares with one voting right per share ("Ordinary Shares"). The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares and voting rights in the Company is 15,674,494. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

Capitalised terms in this announcement shall have the meanings given to such terms in the announcement issued by the Company dated 14 October 2020 unless otherwise defined herein.
