Admission of Subscription and Total Voting Rights

On 25 March 2011, the Company announced a subscription of 13,500,000 new ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each (the "Ordinary Shares") in the Company (the "Subscription Shares"). The Company is pleased today to confirm the admission to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange of the Subscription Shares, ("Admission").

Following Admission, the Company's issued share capital consists of 531,492,754 Ordinary Shares, all with voting rights. No shares were held in treasury at the date of this announcement. The total number of current voting rights in the Company is therefore 531,492,754.

The above figure (531,492,754 Ordinary Shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company.
