ANNOUNCEMENT OF ADMISSION OF SHARES IN GEORGIA CAPITAL PLC

Georgia Capital PLC ("GCAP") today announces 3,435,438 ordinary shares of 1p each fully paid in GCAP have been admitted to the Premium Listing segment of the Official List of the FCA and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market, pursuant to the Exchange Offer it announced on 18 November 2019, which closed for acceptances on 17 December 2019.
