Admission of Shares to Trading

Further to the announcement released on 30 April 2010, the Company confirms that application has been made for the 52,400,000 Insetco new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that admission will take place on 10 May 2010.

The 52,400,000 Insetco new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Company. Following this allotment, the total issued share capital of the Company will comprise 55,349,051 ordinary shares.
