Admission of Shares

Further to its announcement on 21 January 2026, Golden Rock Global plc (LEI: 213800LQDN7P5PV83Q46) announces that 3,000,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the issued share capital of the Company ("Shares") were admitted to trading on the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange under the ISIN JE00BYZT0R68 on 2 February 2026.

As at the date of this announcement, the Company's issued ordinary share capital comprises 34,325,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each. The Company's entire issued ordinary share capital is admitted to trading on the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange and the Company confirms that the Shares are fungible with all other ordinary shares of the Company admitted to trading. Trading of the Company's ordinary shares is suspended as at the date of this announcement. Further details on the temporary suspension are set out in the Company's announcement of 22 January 2026.

The above issued share capital figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
