Admission of Placing Shares and Total Voting Rights

1 March 2011: Further to the announcement on 23 February 2011 in respect of the placing of 113,660,925 new ordinary shares of nil par value in the Company ("Placing Shares") to raise approximately GBP11.4 million (before expenses), all the Placing Shares have today been admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission").

Following Admission, the Company now has 499,525,000 ordinary shares (including the Placing Shares) in issue (the "Shares"). All of the Shares have equal voting rights, and no Shares are held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 499,525,000.

This figure may be used by shareholders as the denomination for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, voting rights attaching to the share capital of the Company under Chapter 5 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules (which are incorporated into the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company).
