Admission of Placing Shares and Total Voting Rights

Tarsus Group plc ("Tarsus" or the "Group") is pleased to announce, pursuant to the placing announced on 5 December 2016, the admission of 10,252,610 new Ordinary Shares to listing on the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange ("Admission").

Subsequent to Admission, the total number of Ordinary Shares of the Company in issue as at the date of this announcement is 112,778,717, with each Ordinary Share carrying the right to one vote. There are no Ordinary Shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is, therefore, 112,778,717.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Tarsus, under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules sourcebook.
