Admission of ordinary shares

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for 268,456 new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange issued pursuant to the delayed subscription arrangement as set out in the Admission Document dated 11 February 2016.

It is expected that such admission will become effective on 15 March 2016, following which the Company will have 28,551,796 ordinary shares in issue (of which 255,034 ordinary shares are held in treasury).
