Admission of Listed Portfolio Shares

Further to the announcement dated 22 July 2015, application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for 350,221,094 of the Company's listed portfolio shares to be admitted to trading on the AIM market ("Admission")(AIM: VNIL). It is expected that Admission will become effective and that dealings in the listed portfolio shares will commence at 8.00 a.m. (London time) on 27 July 2015.
