Notification of Admission of Further Securities to Trading and Total Voting Rights
On 16 March 2026, the Company announced that it has issued and allotted 296,800 new ordinary shares of no par value ("New Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the Company's 2024 share incentive plan to the employee stock ownership trust established by the Group, with IBI Trust Management acting as trustee.
In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA")'s Prospectus Rules: Admission to Trading on a Regulated Market ("PRM") sourcebook 1.6.4R, the Company notifies the market that the New Ordinary Shares have been admitted to trading (as detailed in the table below).
In accordance with DTR 5.6.1 of the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules ("DTR"), the Company confirms that, at the close of business on 31 March 2026, the share capital of the Company consist of 22,483,479 ordinary shares of no par value ("Ordinary Shares"), each with one vote per share. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total voting rights figure of 22,483,479 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the DTR.
