Admission of ADRs on OTCQX

London, UK September 5, 2012 - San Leon Energy plc (SLE.L)(SLGYY) ("San Leon" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that its American Depository Receipts ("ADRs") will begin trading, effective immediately, on the OTCQX International, the highest marketplace of the U.S. OTC Markets, under the symbol "SLGYY". Joining the OTCQX will provide San Leon with greater visibility in North American markets and will facilitate trading by North American investors.

Investors will be able to find current financial disclosures and Real-Time Level 2 quotes for the Company on www.otcqx.com and www.otcmarkets.com.
