Proposed change of name to Minds + Machines Group Limited

As previously announced, the Company is fully focused on commercialising its gTLD assets through its registry, registrar and registry service provider operations. As a result, the Board intends to implement fully a number of changes to the way in which TLDH is managed which will have the effect of changing the status of the Company from an investing company under the AIM Rules to an operating company with a material trading activity. As part of this transition, the Directors also intend to change the name of the Company to Minds + Machines Group Limited.

The change to an operating company with a material trading activity is classified as a reverse takeover of the Company under the AIM Rules and therefore is conditional, inter alia, upon the approval of Shareholders. The Company has therefore published today a re-admission document setting out full details of these proposed changes and including notice of the meeting of shareholders to be held at 10.00 a.m. on 19 March 2014.
