Admission Date and Total Voting Rights
Further to the announcement released on 27 February 2012, the Company is pleased to announce that the 71,656,272 new shares issued pursuant to the Placing will be admitted to AIM on 02 March 2012.
As a result of the Placing, CareCapital's issued share capital comprises 148,410,368 shares of 1p each. All of these shares carry voting rights.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, CareCapital under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
