Admission and Total Voting Rights
Windward (LON: WNWD), the leading Maritime AI company, announces that further to the 19 January 2024 announcement, application has been made for the admission of 3,000,000 new Ordinary Shares in the Company to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission").
It is expected that Admission will become effective and that trading in the new Ordinary Shares will commence at or around 8.00 am on 21 February 2024.
On Admission, the total number of Ordinary Shares in the Company will be 88,654,304. Therefore, from Admission, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 88,654,304, which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
