Admission and Start of Unconditional Dealings
Following its successful placing of new ordinary shares, Horizon is pleased to announce that its ordinary shares (the "Ordinary Shares") have today been admitted to secondary listing on the Official List of the Financial Services Authority and to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange.
Unconditional dealings in the Ordinary Shares on the London Stock Exchange's main market have commenced at 8.00 am this morning, 9 February, 2010.
