Administration of One80 and KPM

Eco City Vehicles PLC provides the following update regarding KPM UK Taxis Plc ("KPM") and One80 Limited ("One80").

Further to prior announcements Alan Bradstock of Accura Accountants Business Recovery Turnaround Limited was appointed as administrator of KPM and Robert Croxen and Colin Haig both of KPMG LLP were appointed as administrators of One80 today.

The Directors of ECV continue to evaluate the impact on the Group of the appointment of administrators to its two principal subsidiaries.
