(the "Company") recently received the "NDRC's Notice on the MattersRegarding the Adjustment of On-grid Electricity Tariff of Power Generation Corporations" (NDRC Prices [2013] No.1942)(the "Notice") of National Development and Reform Commission ("NDRC"), inorder to implement the requirements in the"NDRC's Notice on the Matters Regarding the Adjustment of the Supplementary Standard of Renewable Power Tariffs andEnvironmental-friendly Power Tariffs" (NDRC Prices [2013] No. 1651), the State decided to adjust the on-grid electricitytariffs for a proper scale while keeping the sales tariffs unchanged. The on-grid tariffs of the hydropower, wind power, photovoltaic and gas-powered generation enterprises of the Company are not adjusted. 2. In the table above, the actual on-grid tariffs of Dou He Power Plant and Xia Hua Yuan Power Plant will be subject to the information announced by Hebei Prices Bureau. The on-grid tariffs of coal-fired power generation enterprises, which meetdenitrification standards and have been inspected and verified by environmentprotection authorities, will be increased by RMB1 cent per kWh, on the basis ofthe tariffs set out above. The on-grid tariffs of coal-fired power generationenterprises which adopt new technologies for dust disposal and whose smoke ashemission rate are lower than 30mg/m3 (lower than 20mg/m3 in key regions) andhave been inspected and verified by environment protection authorities, will beincreased by RMB0.2 cent per kWh. The tariff adjustment abovementioned came into effect on 25 September 2013.After the current on-grid tariff adjustments, according to the power outputestimated by the Company, the consolidated average range of tariff adjustmentsof the Company is approximately RMB12/MWh (the figures abovementioned are unaudited).
