Adjournment of the Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Due to the Covid-19 (Coronavirus) advice issued by the Government and Public Health England, Leeds Building Society announces significant changes to its 2020 AGM, including a proposed new time and venue. The AGM will now take place at 12 noon on Friday 3 April 2020 at the Society's Head Office, 105 Albion Street, Leeds, LS1 5AS*.

Further details, together with any subsequent changes, will be posted on the Society's website at www.leedsbuildingsociety.co.uk. Proxy votes received for the AGM will remain valid for the adjourned meeting unless otherwise revoked.

*For technical reasons the meeting will commence at the time and venue stated in the Notice of AGM, but will be immediately adjourned to the Society's Head Office.
