Further to the announcements made by ETFS Commodity Securities Limited (the "Issuer") on 1 February 2017, the meetings of Security Holders of each relevant class of ETFS Short and Leveraged Commodity Securities convened for Thursday 23 February 2017 were adjourned through lack of a quorum and, as specified in the notices of each meeting, will be held on Thursday 2 March 2017 at the same place.
