ADJOURNMENT OF PUMPTOWN CREDITORS MEETING
Further to the announcement made on 15 June 2009, the Trustee of unrelated unsecured creditors of Pumptown Quarry Inc. (the "Creditors") confirms that the meeting of Creditors convened and held on 24 June 2009 has been adjourned until 10.00 a.m. (Canadian PST) on 25 June 2009 without any resolution being proposed, in order to assess the validity of certain Creditor claims and finalise the resolution.
A further announcement will be made as soon as news is available.
