Adjournment of Poltava Tax Case

In the Company's Trading Update on 5 July 2018 it was stated that the Company had been informed that a hearing had been set down for 25th July 2018 to consider one of the 2015 Poltava Petroleum Company Rental Fee claims. The Poltava Circuit Administrative Court has now adjourned this case to 15 August 2018, to enable the parties to properly assess the evidence of each opposing party. This claim relates to additional tax liability and associated penalties of approximately UAH64m (US$2.4m).
