Adjournment of meetings
The Company announces that at an EGM and a meeting of warrant holders held earlier today, it was resolved to adjourn both meetings indefinitely. The meetings had been convened to approve the cancellation of the admission to trading on AIM of the Company's ordinary shares and warrants respectively; accordingly trading in these securities on AIM is expected to continue until further notice.
