Adjournment of General Meeting
Metals Exploration announces that due to technical reasons relating to the Subscription and Shareholders' Agreement, the General Meeting scheduled for 11.00 a.m. today was adjourned until 1.00 p.m. on Monday 4 April 2011 at 200 Strand, London, WC2R 1DJ. The technical reasons are expected to be resolved in advance of the adjourned General Meeting.
Unless the context otherwise requires, defined terms used in this announcement have the meanings as in the announcement made by the Company dated 8 March 2011.
