Further to its announcement of 27 July 2015, and 28 August 2015, as a result of recent developments, the board of directors of the Company announces that the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company convened for 12 noon (BST) on 1 September 2015 and adjourned to 12 noon (BST) 14 September 2015 in connection with the appointment of Mrs. Dafna Shalev-Flamm as a second statutory independent director is further adjourned until 12 noon (BST) on 21 September 2015, such meeting to be held at the Hilton London Tower Bridge, 5 More London Place, Tooley Street, London SE1 2BY, United Kingdom.
