Further to its announcement of 24 September 2015, as a result of recent developments, the board of directors of the Company adjourn the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company convened for 12 noon (GMT) on 29 October 2015 to 12 noon (GMT) on 17 November 2015 to be held at the Hilton London Tower Bridge, 5 More London Place, Tooley Street, London SE1 2BY, United Kingdom in connection with the appointment of Mrs. Dafna Shalev-Flamm as a second statutory independent director.
