ADJOURNMENT of AGM

Zest announces that, as a result of the current air travel disruption, its directors are unable to attend its Annual General Meeting due to be held on 22 April 2010 at 10am at 22 Arlington Street, London, SW1A 1RD.

Consequently, and in accordance with the articles of association of the Company, it has adjourned the meeting until 10am on 10 May 2010 at 22 Arlington Street, London, SW1A 1RD.
