Adjournment of AGM and postponement of appointment of Chairman

Further to the announcement released by the Company on 7 December 2012, the Company hereby announces an adjournment of the 2012 Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), which will now be held at midday on Thursday 31 January 2013 at the offices of Morrison Foerster (UK) LLP, 7th floor, CityPoint, One Ropemaker Street, London, EC2Y 9AW. Notice of the AGM was posted to the Company's shareholders on Monday 31 December 2012.

Also further to the announcement released by the Company on 7 December 2012, the Board hereby announces a postponement of the appointment of Patrick Morley as Chairman of the Company. Prior to his appointment, a further announcement including the information required by the AIM Rules in relation to Patrick Morley will be made.
