As a result of the current travel disruption and the impact on its UK shareholders, Flying Brands Limited's AGM, which was scheduled to take place today, has been adjourned until 9.30am on Wednesday 12 May 2010 at Retreat Farm, St Lawrence, Jersey JE3 1GX.

All proxy votes validly submitted in respect of today's AGM will be carried forward to the adjourned meeting.
